Parcel Forwarding

  1. Make your purchase online and enter my address into the shipping address.  On the 2nd address line type Suite [your 1st Initial, Last name] example CSUTTON
  2. Email the details of your order, including your name and shipping address to claudia@boxvoyage.com   IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS, please contact Claudia@boxvoyage.com
  3. When your order arrives, we will send an acknowledgement to your email address.
  4. If you are consolidating multiple orders, we will hold your orders for the remaining shipments to arrive.
  5. When your orders are complete and prepared for shipment, we will email you shipping options and costs for your decision.  After informing us of your shipment decisions, we will send and invoice reflecting your choices via email.
  6. When payment reaches our account we will ship your package.
  7. Once we have shipped your package we will send you an email with the details of the shipment
NOTE:  We hold on to the original packaging slips for easy returns.  If you would like them sent with your package, please inform us when you decide your shipping options.  Thank you.

Personal Online Shopping

  1. Email me a detailed list of the online stores and items you wish to purchase, together with your name and shipping address.
  2. Please let me know if you will be paying via PayPal or Bank Deposit (Australian customers only).
  3. Once your payment reaches my account, I will make the purchase for you, and send you the online store's order confirmation.
  4. If you are consolidating multiple orders, we will hold your orders for the remaining shipments to arrive.
  5. When your orders are complete and prepared for shipment, we will email you shipping options and costs for your decision.  After informing us of your shipment decisions, we will send and invoice reflections your choices via email.
  6. When payment reaches our account we will ship your package.
  7. Once we have shipped your package we will send you an email with the details of your shipment.


Please let us know if you're happy to get rid of the excess packaging your item/s come in.  This can help reduce shipping costs.
